- Completed the development of Intellicentre 3 East Data Centre (IC3 East DC) in Sydney on 13 July 2021, which will see the commencement of the 20-year triple net lease with Macquarie Data Centres. IC3 East DC and Intellicentre 2 Data Centre will be collectively renamed Intellicentre Campus.
- Acquired Eindhoven Campus in the Netherlands on 6 September 2021.
- Completed the acquisition of Guangdong Data Centre on 16 December 2021.
