Mr Kenny Kwan
Lead Independent Director and Chairman of the Nominating and Remuneration Committee

Mr Kwan has been appointed as a Director of the Manager with effect from 28 February 2019.

Mr Kwan is a partner at Allen & Overy LLP. His areas of practice include capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. Over two decades, Kenny has established himself as a respected Capital Markets lawyer. His securities law experience includes acting as both issuers' and underwriters’ counsel on Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia capital market transactions as well as US-registered and Rule 144A/Regulation S offerings. Mr Kwan also advises on fund managers and issuers on the structuring and establishment of investment funds domiciled in Singapore as well as on regulatory aspects of managing investment funds outside of Singapore.

Mr Kwan holds a Bachelor of Law (Honours) degree from the National University of Singapore and is a member of the Singapore Bar. He is also qualified to practice law in England and Wales and the State of New York in the United States of America.
